Foundation and Trust Building
- Organized the first two-day children’s camp for 60 kids: focused on mobile safety and personal safety (good touch/bad touch)
- Warm clothes distributed to 80 children in Arunkhola (Nawalparasi)
- Started classes at local government schools on hygiene, English, and values
- Faced challenges in gaining trust and limited resources, but made meaningful community connections
Expansion and Deeper Impact
- Assigned English teachers and volunteers to Aurahi Primary School (250 students)
- Launched moral education in private schools and saw positive behavioral change
- Led a community-wide clean-up involving 3 local schools and community clubs
- Organized two-day sports and values training for over 200 children
- Tackled mobile addiction with Book Clubs and Art Programs
Sustainability and Empowerment
- Established the ARK Room — a safe daily learning space for 50+ Musahar children
- Enrolled 10 children in formal schools with continued support and supplies
- Hosted the second Kids Game for 250+ children with sports, life skills, and mentoring
- Provided tuition, educational resources, and moral education in schools
- Led counseling for earthquake-affected children and supported 80 families with relief materials
- Celebrated Women’s Day with 60 women through games, discussions, and gifts
